Advantages

The 2 roll rubber calender machine XY-2r is driven by a motor reducer, gear ratio, so that the roller pair can be for opposite party rotation. Roller feed for cvt. It is hollow, through the steam heating and water cooling, materials for the alloy chilled cast iron, the work surface grinding of high hardness and high wear resistance. 

The system is also equipped with brake hydraulic block type actuator, power brake shoe hold, rapid braking, very safe. Roller bearing is forced by the thin oil circulation lubrication.
